Learning Management Systems (LMS) are gaining acceptance in India.There are several examples of proprietary and open source learning management systems in use in India. This case study will discuss the issues involved in implementing an LMS in one of India's leading institutions of higher learning. The reasons for implementation, the different stages and paths of implementation, the change management issues involved and the current and future plans of the project will be discussed.
